- Which foods make you feel fit and which foods are a threat to your vitality;
- What about carbohydrates, proteins and fats;
- whether you should take food supplements and other pills;
- What you can do to improve your lifestyle and how you can maintain it.
In this interactive follow-up meeting
We will go deeper into these topics, based on your story.This together with other participants in a small, safe group of no more than 8 people. We inform you about accessible ways to work on a healthy diet and lifestyle that really suits you.
After completing this workshop:
You can put this into practice in your daily reality. You know what a healthy diet and lifestyle is for you. You now know the ways to increase your resistance and vitality. You also know how to prevent relapse into old habits.
