Because of my analytical view on matters, I am able to fathom complex issues, make connections and translate these into practical, implementable advice. As a content-driven person, I always look for the cause of a symptom and then try to tackle it as much as possible.

A good integral cooperation is of crucial importance and I achieve this by talking to the right professionals. My ability to put things into perspective and my didactic skills help me to explain the phased steps towards solutions in a goal-oriented and hands-on manner in the form of tailor-made information and training. This enables me to create support among management and the employees involved. When balancing interests, I always take into account the essence of the organization.
